Depending on your specific goals, a design can be prepared. Designs are a flat fee that are later put towards the final cost.
3. Proposal Acceptance
Once the proposal is finished on our end, an email will be sent to the client for approval or changes. As soon as the proposal is signed, preparations will be made as far as project starting date, materials, and any utility markings.
4. Construction & Wrap-up
Once the design has been approved by our clients, we get to the construction. Our in-house expert building crew will handle everything from demolition, building, delivery of materials, and of course, clean-up. Our project managers are the best in the industry and are onsite every day to make sure the construction process goes smoothly.
